At Poncho Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your new favorite shirt doesn't fit or function exactly as expected, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back on the water.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label immediately.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
